Yoga for Everybody

HYA is therapeutically minded from the start for your health and safety. 

We conduct a remote temperature measurement of clients coming in.

We have three hospital-grade wall-mounted hand sanitizers. We sanitize common areas every day.
Attendance is limited to our classes to allow social distancing. 

In case of overflow, we have a live feed to our yoga teacher room or we may use our very large outdoor yoga deck, weather permitting.

Please bring your own mats, block straps, and blankets to help us reduce covid dangers. We no longer provide rentals but the equipment is available for purchase. 

During Yoga, it is not required to wear a mask as we need to focus on breathing.

Last but not least if you don't feel well and believe you may have an infection please stay at home, we will send you a link for a video to enjoy.
