Yoga Teachers are trained in Ayurveda in-house. They find the right asanas and poses that maximize your inner balance and wellness and ensure you have a satisfying class. With Hatha Yoga, there is time to get into the pose properly, with no breathless hassle.
We practice safe yoga. Unlike others, we do not physically adjust your poses or force you into them. You do what you are comfortable with. We monitor your poses in-person all the time for your safety and well-being.
We have a large and a small yoga room suitable for fifteen and six respectively as well as an amazing outdoor yoga deck suitable for thirty people. Yoga in the forest is truly amazing.
We do NOT endorse frequent internet yoga because unsafe student behavior cannot be detected due to a lack of feedback.

What is Yoga?
The word Yoga comes from yui, a 5,000-year old Sanskrit word meaning to yoke, join, or unite. The Iyengar school of Yoga defines yui as the “joining or integrating of all aspects of the individual—body, mind, and soul—to achieve a happy, balanced, and useful life.” Reaching kaivalya, emancipation, or ultimate freedom is the aim of Yoga. The science of Yoga uses asanas (postures), focused concentration on specific body parts, and pranayama (breathing techniques) to unify the body with the mind and the mind with the soul.
The Benefits of Yoga
Yoga benefits go well beyond stress management. Regular practice can increase flexibility and improve balance. The pranayama, or breathing techniques, can have positive effects on asthma, depression, lower back pain, and memory.
