I am an Ayurvedic Doctor (NAMA), Certified Ayurveda Specialist, (CAS), a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Panchakarma Specialist (PKS), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), CMA, Registered Yoga Teacher (eRYT-500), Reiki Master, Thai Yoga master, Vastu Shastra, Vedic Astrology consultant and owner of Houston Yoga and Ayurveda (100% woman-owned business), the only center in Houston where both Hatha Yoga and a certified complete range of Ayurveda & Vedic treatments go hand in hand.
Raised in Pune, India I began my Yoga practice as a pupil in elementary school under BKS and Geeta Iyengar and developed the passion to appreciate the ancient Vedic sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda, Vastu Shastra, and Jyotish. I am a professional member at the top Ayurvedic doctor level of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA), and a certified Yoga Therapist at the International Alliance for Yoga Therapy (IAYT), and a certified yoga instructor at Yoga Alliance (YA).

We are located in lovely and serene North West Houston in CYPRESS, TX between Hwy 249, Exit Louetta Rd West and Hwy 290 Exit HUFFMEISTER Rd
Once you get to Kluge Rd, watch out for our sign and the foo dogs as the center is a little recessed behind the trees in our stress-free nature zone. Parking is indicated with our signs, please observe the wildlife at our nature retreat.
We are only 20-25 minutes from HEIGHTS, GALLERIA, or DOWNTOWN.
We are 45 minutes from Hobby Airport. Take morning, early afternoon classes, or ayurvedic appointments to avoid traffic. Exit Hwy 290 north at HUFFMEISTER until you reach Kluge Rd.
We are also only 15-25 minutes away from, THE WOODLANDS, or SPRING. DALLAS clients take I-45 to reach Hwy 249 from the Grand Parkway I-99. Exit at LOUETTA westbound until you reach Malcomsen, which extends into Kluge Rd.
KATY. PEARLAND and SUGARLAND clients please take the Grand Parkway I-99 or Beltway 8 or even Hwy 6 to reach Hwy 290. Exit HUFFMEISTER northbound.
AUSTIN & SAN ANTONIO Clients please take Hwy 290 Eastbound until HUFFMEISTER exit in Cypress. Go Northbound 2 miles until Kluge Rd.
We are also only 25 minutes from IAH AIRPORT. Please use Beltway 8 westbound, take Hwy 249 north, and exit at LOUETTA westbound.
